With the COVID-19 pandemic as the most pressing health and safety concern for our communities, competitors, coaches, supporters, volunteers, and all those involved in College Sailing, we believe that certain updates to how we operate as a conference are in order. Please find attached a list of requirements and recommendations for competition in SAISA events during the 2020-2021 season. We believe these are not burdensome and where financial impacts are applicable, the conference is dedicating resources to minimize the impact on our college and university programs.

We also expect an announcement from the Intercollegiate Sailing Association (ICSA) in response to COVID-19 with detailed reporting processes for ICSA events.
