SAISA is the South Atlantic Conference of the Intercollegiate Sailing Association (ICSA), the governing authority for sailing competition at colleges and universities throughout the United States and Canada. SAISA encompasses Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Alabama.
